Hotel Albatros

Absolute rubbish. The place is rated as 4 star by our tour company. ( thanks Europamundo for finding the worst hotels possible )we walked in it looked straight out of the Cold War. Tiny lifts that took longer than a lada niva to start. Rooms were worn out with a musty smell and that Made it difficult to breath. Bathroom was worn out and tiny with pitch space to put toiletries. Only provides one small roll of toilet paper and couldn’t get any cold water. Which meant the shower was scolding hot. Only one power point provided in the room, and the positioning of it made it difficult to charge any devices. No kettlebor coff making facilities which was annoying, but with only one power point, would have been useless anyway. I think the walls were made out of paper as we heard every door open and close for at least two floors The breakfast was bland and uninviting. If you are unlucky enough to stay here. I suggest going across the road to the cafe. Excellent food and drink. Overall if I could give the place a -1 star i would

The recepcionists are great and extremely nice and helpful (breakfast staff is rude, ezpecially the blonde-haired lady). Unfortunately, the hotel is old, dirty, and smelly. The only reason why the owner hasn’t renovated it is because of all the large groups that book, so there is no incentive to do so. Please avoid

No stars if only i could. Just a heads up they will charge you €20 if you don't return the key card. I never thought that this is such a big deal in Europe if you don't return the key card. Normally this is a garbage or if returned, well and good. Not to the extent of paying €20. Disgusting and such a rip off.
