Hotel Albatros

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the wonderful staff and the excellent service I received. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with smiles and special care. The room was very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering every convenience I could need, even for personal issues. The way the staff helped me with every request and question was truly admirable. Their assistance and care made me feel calm and welcomed throughout my entire stay. I thank everyone for the hospitality and impeccable service! I highly recommend Hotel Albatros to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing experience. I will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Albatros Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with a walk-in shower and even a jacuzzi, making it comfortable for wheelchair use. While the hotel doesn't have a fully accessible bathroom for disabled guests, the manager, Belertin, went above and beyond to help us. He kindly arranged a special room that allowed enough space for wheelchair maneuvering, which made all the difference. The hotel also has a restaurant and a café bar, and there are two ramps for access to the reception and restaurant. There is a lift inside and parking available on-site. The biggest highlight of our stay was the kindness and helpfulness of the manager, Belertin. His support and care truly made our experience memorable.

On Google Maps it is advertised as a 5 star hotel, on Booking as a 4 star hotel. In reality it is neither one thing nor the other. It is an old cheap hotel and has not been renovated for some time. The beds are in a quite bad shape. I do not give it a 2 star rating because the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
