Great hotel! With amassing kindly staff. The room was very big and clean. The sauna area is comfortable and big. The breakfast was great with a lot of food options. We are highly recommend to visit this hotel. There is discount for ski pass (which you can buy here) and equipment store. Also there is a parking lot for guests.
Really good hotel with everything you need and more. The only tiny thing I would say is that they are charging for the water at the dinner table, not really sure why (?) as it feels a bit weird considering everything else being included. However, the staff is really good and everything is very well maintained and clean.
We are neighbours of Albona Hotel and two extremely rude women came out, shouting and screaming at us, just because we were guests of the hotel next door, enjoying an evening as our first evening in Ischgl. It was 8 o’clock, so there was no reason whatsoever for them to come and be so rude to us. Appaling behaviour!
