Hotel Aleramo

Our evening at this place was truly wonderful. The location enhances the experience, allowing you to leisurely explore the entire downtown area without the hassle of paying for transportation. Additionally, it's conveniently close to the train station. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us, especially after our unfortunate experience of booking a non-existent hotel (via Chase). While it may not fully meet the four-star standard, the view from my room was exquisite, and the fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch. Once again, the staff's exceptional helpfulness and friendliness stood out!

Rooms tiny, but clean. TV smaller than a laptop screen. Walls thin and unfortunately you can hear literally everything what your neighbor is doing. Nice service (especially ladies). The service gentlemen can turn off the air conditioning in the dining room so that the guests working at the computer can go away faster. Unfortunately, the rooms are so small that it is impossible to work with more than two people. On the second floor in my friend's room lived... ants. When there are a lot of customers, the air conditioning does not cool as it should. Breakfasts are very good. Great location. I spent a month in this hotel because I was working near the hotel. Overall I recommend it.

Quaint mixture of old-fashioned (retro?) and modern... The bed is comfy and scented oils add a nice touch to the feel of the room. WiFi connection is good. Power sockets are not euro compatible. Some of the furniture is worn down, carpet stained. Reception desk was polite and checkin was very efficient. But breakfast is lacking any vegetables and service staff is too self occupied to notice the guests. I expected much better for a 4 star hotel.
