Hotel Alexander am Zoo

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one week in April. The hotel is situated in a very nice and convenient neighbourhood with easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was courteous and helpful. I intend to stay in this hotel in my future visits to Frankfurt.

We stayed with our 2yo for just one night and it was a great experience. Staff was super friendly, the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The interior seems a little dated, but if anything, it adds to its charme. It's a convenient enough location, quiet and close to restaurants. The breakfast wasn't cheap but certainly worth it - exceeded my expectations. Plenty of different options, with the highlight of a waffle maker with fresh dough. Can only recommend.

Friendliest and most helpful front desk staff ever! Breakfast included meats, cheeses, waffle maker, multiple juices, fresh fruit and more. Room was spacious, comfortable beds. For dinner I recommend El Nigo restaurant a block away if you like meat. Shout out to the gentleman at the front desk and Andy the American from Berlin, who both helped us make it to our flight when roads were closed for a marathon. Danke Schoen!!!
