Nothing to complain about here. From check in to check out everyrhing was smooth and friendly. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choices and excellent a la cart menu for omelets etc Parking is 50 meters from hotel and if no space available you may park at the public space nearby free of charge from 18:00 to 8:00. Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities in order to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. Kirchberg is an excellent village with a river crossing it. Thank you very much Alexander hotel for making our roadtrip easier and relaxing.
Wonderful place to spend a week on winter. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Location is great and close to ski destinations (next to bus stops for both Kitzbuhel and Maierlbahn). Rooms are spacious and well designed, restful after a full day’s ski, but hot water is available only on non-rush hours. Spa is well equipped and comfortable for a long day’s rest. Though, I’m mostly impressed by the quality and service of the food in the restaurant. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and friendly.
