I had a lovely stay with Exceptional Service. The Hotel Alexander was a good hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were decent, the pool was great, and the location was perfect. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by a particular staff member, Martiniano. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He suggested trips for myself and my wife and was always willing to go the extra mile. For instance, he gave us places to go see the Euros (football) and enjoy good food in Garda. Thanks to Marti's outstanding service, I would definitely stay at the Hotel Alexander again.
Our room was spacious, clean, & had an amazing view of Lake Garda. Staff were wonderful, kind, helpful & funny. Food was absolutely delicious & plentiful
I cut my foot open on their broken shower drain and basically was told to pay a extra $100 to have a doctor verify my injury after their staff came to room and brought me bandages. No refunds, horrible experience!!!! Go somewhere else
