Hotel Alfonso XIII a Luxury Collection Hotel Seville

We recently visited Hotel Alfonso XIII, for one night only, which included breakfast. The room was lovely, even though we had a view of the car park, this did not detract from the overall experience which was fabulous. All the staff we dealt with were courteous and kind. Special mention goes to Giovanni who (not only showed us to our room) but gave us a short tour of the hotel (lasting half an hour) which was followed by a glass of mimosa and ham and cheese. The breakfast was bountiful, and set us up for the sightseeing day ahead! Hopefully we will return for a longer visit.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Seville, and I can’t say enough about how great the experience was. The property itself is stunning—full of character, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location to explore the city. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service we received from Giovanni. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He showed us around the hotel, shared great recommendations for things to see and do, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our time in Seville. His warmth, professionalism, and local knowledge were invaluable. If you’re planning a trip to Seville, I highly recommend staying here. And if you have the chance, let Giovanni guide you—he made all the difference.

Beautiful grand hotel, very plush and luxurious. We stayed three nights, the A/c wasn’t very good in our room (151) and the hotel graciously moved us when we requested, to a suite which was very much appreciated. It would have been a 5 star review, but sadly like so many establishments in Spain, the bar doesn’t stock “normal” tonic water, only a lime flavoured tonic. You can choose from a dozen gins, but only a lime flavoured tonic!!! Hopefully this will change as the hotel and staff are superb.
