Hotel Alfonso

Great location, and so nice to get an upgrade to a suite! Thank you! I’d just say that the hotel is a little tired and needs a refresh. There was quite major leak from the AC in our bathroom that made a small lake. It’s a shame there’s no bar/drink availability on the rooftop pool and that one has to go to reception (12 floors down) to ask for towels.

Centrally located, good room service, very clean, breakfast was ok, but some healthier, local produce would have been great. The only down side is the noise from locals was too much. Had locals chatting and partying till 4 am, then people started walking their dogs and chatting at 6 am 🫩🫩🫩

We wanted to like this hotel, it's location is perfect to explore Zaragoza, but there is a major design flaw in the rooms that ruined our much anticipated romantic weekend away: the rooms have multiple air conditioning vents around the room, BUT.. one of them is directly over the bed at your head. All night long the cold air blew down on us, impossible to turn off, and we woke up with sore throats and chest colds. Our whole weekend is now being spent sick and we're very unhappy with this stay! Further, the showers had no shelf or place to put soap so they place the bottle of shower gel on the floor: very unhygienic and kind of gross.
