A very neat hotel right in the city center. For breakfast we were offered a variety of sweet/salty like cakes, eggs etc. The room was clean, silent at night and bed comfortable. The heating can be managed easily via an ac system - as i saw some comments complaining about that.

It is **separate from the hotel**, requiring guests to collect keys from the reception and manually unlock the garage doors, which is quite cumbersome, especially in inclement weather. However, the most significant drawback of this establishment is the **lack of adequate heating** in the rooms. The temperature hovered around a chilly **15 degrees Celsius**, necessitating sleeping in clothes for additional warmth. The only respite from the cold was the hot water in the shower. For a reservation spanning **three weeks**, the discomfort caused by the room's frigid temperature made the stay rather unpleasant, offering **zero comfort** for the price of **120€ per night**. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in customer service and cleanliness, it falls short in providing basic comfort and convenience, which are essential for a satisfactory stay. I recently stayed at alle due buoi rossi and, regrettably, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Firstly, the issue with bed bugs was absolutely unacceptable. I discovered bed bugs in my room and was bitten twice during my sleep. This not only ruined my night but also left me with itchy, uncomfortable welts that lasted for days. I immediately reported this to the management, but their response was lackluster and far from reassuring. Secondly, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite being in the middle of the peak summer heat, the minimum temperature in my room remained at an unbearable 27°C (80.6°F). This made it impossible to get any restful sleep and left the entire room feeling stuffy and uncomfortable. Lastly, the overall hygiene of the hotel was disappointing. From dirty common areas to bathroom amenities that looked unsanitary, the lack of cleanliness was evident throughout my stay.
