Hotel Almirante

A very pleasant stay at Hotel Almirante. Clean, modern, and well-maintained with good facilities. The restaurant served quality food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was a bit limited, with many sweet items, but overall high quality. Quiet, clean pool area with a well-stocked bar. Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel . It should be more than a 3 star. We had a premium room on the top floor with pool view. It was very comfortable and excellent shower. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Pool cold but clean and nice sunbeds, towels provided. Finally a fantastic restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great location for tram, beach and other restaurants. Just one note, the whole esplanade is being dug up and made wider, this is a mess and noisy. Hope it is sorted by the summer, but obviously not the hotels fault but worth knowing if you like to walk.

This is a nice hotel, a short walking distance from the ⛱️ beach. It has a nice pool I didn't use it, we stayed here just one night to have easy access to the airport. The room was nice, but I would have put a door or something to separate the section of the bathroom from the rest of the room. It was an open space from the bed to the bath and shower with no privacy. Luckily they had a sliding door for the toilet. Didn't see the reason for a double sink in the room, that took up space and they had an electrical socket next to the tap. The bed was comfortable and we had a seaview also overlooking the pool. The sun loungers and chairs on the balcony were comfortable. The welcome bowl of fruit was nice, wash them before eating. We had dinner here the food was nice except they served hot food on cold plates, by the time the food came it was more or less cold. They messed up the order a little, when my husband asked for a bottle of beer they brought it in a glass. The service and staff were okay, would probably stay if here again if needed easy access to the airport. I've given them 4 ⭐ the room was clean and I asked for an iron they brought a steamer and the shower was spacious and it had flowing hot water.
