Hotel Alpen Ruitor

Our ski club stayed at Alpen Ruitor this past week and had the absolute best time- can't say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel was rustic, cozy, charming and lovely, in a great location right by the lifts and around cute shops and restaurants. The lobby is super cozy with lots of couches and a fire place. The hotel bar has amazing cocktails and the restaurant there was delicious. The rooms were lovely and had beautiful views of the mountains. But it was the staff that made this place extra special- they were remarkable. I have been on alot of group ski trips over the years, and Alpen Ruitor was by far and away the best place we have ever stayed in. The staff were all so friendly, warm, welcoming and accommodating to our big group. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the bartenders and waiters, went above and beyond to accommodate us and were top notch. They made us feel right at home this week- offered us ski tours of the mountain, always greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes, talked to us and got to know us, and even had a concert for us on Friday night. This place is incredibly special and I can't wait to come back here!

We stayed in the Alpen Ruitor for a week during the last week of December and everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice and cozy and right next to the slopes. The service is remarkable, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. The dinner was delicious, we were a very large group but still got the best treatment from the staff (special thanks to Nayat). The breakfast was also very good too. On New Years Eve they organized a very fun party. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would definitely repeat.

The hotel was perfect for us (my daughter and I). We loved the fact that it was small, it did not feel overwhelming for us holidaying as a smaller family. The Alpine charm of the hotel gave it a cosy, homely and friendly atmosphere. The food in the restaurant each night provided by half board was very good, a great tour of local specialities, and we appreciated the variety with the different themed nights. Meals and services on offer fitted perfectly with our day's activities and the location of the hotel could not have been better! In the heart of things with a good buzz but also peaceful. Lastly, I must give my heart felt thanks to your wonderful staff. From the cleaners, to the restaurant and reception, all were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. What a great team you have! My daughter loved her first skiing holiday. I do hope we can return! Thank you
