Hotel Alpi

Thank you so much for an amazing stay for my wife and I and her parents! Mr. Fabio and others did an outstanding job communicating once the hotel booking was made. Then Mr. Fabio and Carla at reception were amazing throughout. Took care of us when we needed and even did a few restaurant reservations for us. Mr. Ali was outstanding, he helped with the baggage and other requests and was a great chat! Jasper was also very kind and helpful when we needed him. And last but not least, Louisa at breakfast was on another level. She provided outstanding amazing service for us 4 and was very kind. Thank you all for a wonderful stay! Hotel is very close to multiple train stations where you can access tourist spots.

Have used this hotel before in 2019, did not disappoint in 2025. What can I say location is excellent for trains buses airport connection. Service has always been excellent, service and friendliness of staff I can't fault. I would use this hotel again.

Location is superb. But the unexpected stairs inside the hotel made my experience there a little bitter. People with knee pain should refrain from staying here. The rooms are good, but the very small irregular quadrilateral shower area was another cause of worry. A tall person cannot bent to wash his legs standing in this cubicle. One end is so small that a person cannot be fitted there and the other end has shower fittings and soap stand. So we have to take a shower in that small corner, feeling uncomfortable, banging on the wall and the mirrored door. Breakfast was good and versatile. Staff are so nice.
