Excellent hotel. Perfect for skiing. Ski in and out. Food amazing, inventive and plentiful. Fabulous pool and spa area. Love the bar. All staff helpful and accommodating. Have been many times via ski packages, and booked independently. Never disappoints. 5 star stay

Highlights : Kidsclub open 9am - 9pm and our kids have proactively asked to go there (which has never happened before) the girls Julia and Nikky were very professional and kind, always happy welcoming our munchkins and activities were plenty. The whole kids area was stunning, modern and spotlessly clean. Right at the slope, quick ski down to one of the major ski lifts. For a 4*S it was extremely reasonable, and they cater for later families too. Some points to improve upon: The older building of the hotel does need a little update (kids area is within the new building and they got brand new rooms there too). Mostly the spa area is a little 'tired' but still clean. There is one lift that is brand new to take you from lower ground to garage. And then there is the super slow single lift that operates the rest of the main building that fits 6ppl and during peak hours you could end up waiting 10minutes to finally get it. Meals: they are very versatile. Breakfast, afternoon buffet and a 5 course dinner is included in their package. Even a lunch at the kids club is included which is a major bonus point. However, while their breakfast offers are great, the dinner 5 course meals have left us rather disappointed. Most of their offered courses weren't always appealing and their Schnitzel isn't great either. Of course there were some great soups and some good mains such as the veal and seabass, but all in all the menu needs a little refreshing. Oh and another bonus point: on a Thursday they run a little apre hut at the ski room offering free mulled wine and chestnuts! In summary, it is probably the best family ski hotel we've experienced where kids genuinely had a fantastic time even without us adults, which is worth every penny! We have already re booked for the next Christmas season.

Absolutely fantastic! Very nice hotel, great service and superb location. We have been here for 4 nights in August, with our little girl Sophie, 1 year old. The staff was very kind to her, and they did everything to make her (and us) happy. Breakfast was very good, great variety. We booked halfboard, so dinner at night was included and was very nice as well. I don’t like to mention people in particular, but Ahmed at the restaurant was really on it, great service! In general, I absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.
