Very kind people, nice food, but place in general need of a facelift

Ok, I was thinking a couple of days about what to write and how many stars to give. I was talking with my boyfriend throughout our stay what to do and what not. In the end one star because of some major incidents that left me, giving one star. The pros: - the food tastes amazing! A praise to the cook or cooks. - the service for the room was always there when you needed them. Fast delivery of towls and very friendly. - I could use the gym anytime I want. Top! The cons: - the worst in the beginning. They're doing buffets and 5 course menue. The buffet was good but no fish as a selection. The 5 course menue is chaotic and unorganized and bad. Only the main course will be given to you for the rest you have to stand up and get it yourself. Why then the 5 course menue. On two days with the 5 course menue we were left out waiting for the main course. After asking three times and waiting for 45 min on the course they brought the meal. But before they tried in telling us we did something wrong with the set up in the morning. By the way, NO, WE DID NOT! - some service force were better than others, and they apologized for it. But too late in doing it twice wrong. They wanted to give us some drinks on the house but honestly we're mad at the whole situation and didn't want anything. Maybe the already ordered drinks on the house would have been nice. - the midday buffet was delicious but they brought different snacks 30 min later, why? And if the plates are empty and you get there late, jokes on you. - I lost in the hotel my charger for an electrical toothbrush. I asked about it and if they can send it to me. Sadly the staff hasn't already found it and I had to pay a lot of money for a small device. Not worth the expense. Sad! - the walls are thin, you can hear at night everything - the gym didn't have disinfectants, towls or water - the stationary bike was and is broken, no difficult levels to set up - left side of the elliptical was and is swining away - in the pamphlets you can read about a table tennis area. No set up of that! - we had full board plus with softdrinks included only from 7/8 am until 5 pm. No softdrinks like coke or pepsi or some name, for me a no go. I paid for the full experience and not be restricted on a time limit. We had to pay for the drinks at dinner, why? I thought full board plus means everything is included, well it's not. - the wash sink was in the room! I'm still mad about the incident at the 5 course menue so I'll leave it at that.
