My family and I spent a fantastic week at Hotel Alpina in Rauris. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The food was delicious and plentiful every day. Our room was comfortable and well-designed, and the facilities – including the 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), sauna, gym, and game room – were excellent. The owners and staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. We felt truly welcome and will definitely be back!
Simply wonderful! A hotel with exceptional services and attention on details! The rooms are big and well furnished. The restaurant has absolute wonderful dishes and everything is sparkly clean! A children playroom with a fitness room together with a swimming pool and a sauna add to this perfect wonderful place! The staff is friendly and everybody know exactly what is doing. Must say, one of my best stays, ever. Congratulations Thomas and Carmen for the perfect management!
We walked in at short notice without a reservation. The owner immediately arranged for us to get a room. She also took extra pains to organize dinner without any meat for us. The food was delicious and the ambience was fantastic.
