Amazing hotel! Excellent service, perfect breakfast and awesome spa!! Rooms are big and well equipped, and the service of luggage storage and showers after checkout were very comfortable. May not be the best location in town, but it is only a few minutes walk from the main cable car. Highly recommended!!

Very good room and good service. I was exhausted after a week in the mountains and still have to wait for a day for my partner, so i asked for a late check out. And I can check out at 17 instead of 10.30, paid 50eur extra. The room is clean, spacious, well-thought design. The sauna is very good with several chambers with different temperature settings, spacious and beautiful. The staff are friendly and professional. All in all, very happy that I’ve chosen this place.

Our stay in this hotel was good. We had the half pension package, which included a dinner every night. The food at the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) was really good, some nights better then others, but overall definitely good. They also took into account my gluten-free diet and were able to adapt to my needs. The staff was also kind enough to show me which dishes I could and could not eat in the case of a buffet, and I was welcomed with gluten-free bread at our table every morning. The staff is a little bit too much in your face during dinner. They walk around a lot, which is fine, but sometimes you are asked 3 times within 5 minutes if everything is still okay, and as soon as you finish your plate it is taken away within 1 minute. Relax, slow down, there is no need to be so fast, it feels a bit uncomfortable. The room was nice: spacious, typical Austrian style and noise-free. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows could be harder. They do not have any harder pillows upon request. The bathroom was nice but due to the combination of a shower/bathtub the floor gets quite wet after taking a shower. The staff at reception is very friendly and is able to help you with all your questions in both German and English. No big issues with the hotel, just minor inconveniences that when addressed could push the hotel to the next level.
