Nice hotel, kind personell and tidy rooms. Good pool with plenty of space to relax. Beautiful view on the mountains and close to many ski stations.
Excellent and professional service. Staff was excellent and quick, and food was great. Portions are so huge so one meal can be enough for two people.
All in all it was ok except for a couple of negative incidents. The area is nice for hill-walking and biking. Our room was roomy and clean and the staff very friendly. The heating was not on and it was a bit chilly especially in the bathroom in the mornings. We got an electric heater after we mentioned that it was too cold but I don't think we should have had to mention it, the heating should just be on. On the first morning at the breakfast buffet, the tea tasted funny and the milk in it turned sour. It turned out it was probably (according to the staff) due to the fact that a citric acid descaler is used to clean to samovar and it hadn't been rinsed properly afterwards. The reactions of the staff could have been more active instead of waiting for us to ask for tea-water from a different source.
