The hotel and rooms are quite dated, but the service, wellness room and food is top notch! The staff were very friendly and catered to our every need - calling taxis, holding our luggage and advising us on the best places to ski locally. For the price we paid, this hotel really went over and above our expectations.
Overall very nice stay. Spent here one night and rooms are fair for what you pay for considering that you are in Innsbruck. Continental breakfast is included though basic yet lovely. Great coffee and wide choices of teas and bread is amazing. We also got a lovey view from our room. Eco plus: you don’t have single use shower gels, but big ones attached to the wall.
Good hotel. Easy to get to about 2 km from the train station. Ski bus leaves from the front door. Rooms could use some updating but as a safe place to stay. Nice views from the window. It gets a 3 star. Be aware the ski bus only comes once at 8:30am and I am not sure when it comes back but I believe its only once at 5pm so you better plan a full day of skiing or walk back to the hotel 2km in ski boots. (there is public transport and taxi) that defeats the purpose of free ski bus. I walked :)
