Great experience here. Clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff, with Vanessa and Julian. Juan Carlos was a great host. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.
Very well located, close by to numerous cafes, restaurants and not far from landmarks in Cali. Comfortable rooms and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Will recommend and stay here again!
I reserved a room through their website The description of the room states that linen and towels are provided Upon entry, I noticed that the room lacked towels A walk down flights of stairs to the reception There, a staff member was attentive but uncertain as to whether towels should be provided, free of charge I informed him that on their website it is stated such Happily, I got my towels Showered and stepped out for dinner Disappointment would soon follow Later in the evening, the reception was closed Upon my return to my room, I noticed that the beds were missing linen Did I neglect to ask for linen, upon my check in? This arrangement is inconvenient to guests, and should not be expected from an 'established hotel' Thoroughly Disappointed with my experience at this establishment
