Hotel Alte Post Bonaduz

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service here! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. A huge thank you to Erna and the friendly gentleman at the front desk (I didn’t catch your name, but you were wonderful!)—you both made us feel so cared for. My entire family felt so welcomed throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and the attention to detail was truly breathtaking. They went above and beyond in every way. Above all, the hotel itself is beyond beautiful and luxurious. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, and you can really feel the quality and elegance throughout the property. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t regret it!

I would highly recommend Hotel Alte Post as from the moment you check in until you check out all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Exceptionally clean and choice of breakfast was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable and lovely size room. As a wheelchair user the son even helped us to the station with our luggage. One word sums up our 5 days stay. Outstanding Would have no hesitation in booking Hotel Alte Post and would highly recommend. Thank you

We arrived at this lovely hotel in Bonaduz on a Saturday, and it was a quiet and quaint little town. The hotel has nice and clean interior - not luxurious in anyway but nonetheless exuded very pleasant and inviting vibes. The rooms were spacious and well maintain, no complaints whatsoever. Location-wise , it is a short 5-8 min walk (depending on your pace) to the Bonaduz train station. The only reason I gave it a 4-star (under service) was because for our Sunday breakfast we had to claim a small bag consisting a cold (and rather hard!) sandwich, an apple and a packet drink. That was because the hotel was apparently not staffed on Sundays (hmm..). Not sure if that's the norm here in Switzerland. Other than that, everything was good.
