What makes this hotel so good is the people. So friendly, helpful and highly professional. The food is brilliant the facilities excellent!! We've had a superb 2 week holiday

Our family stayed at this hotel two months ago and I had meant to leave this review far sooner as the hotel and staff certainly deserved our thanks and recognition. The hotel ambience itself is very nice and inviting and the area (St. Anton) and location of the hotel within that area were both perfect. Great pedestrian village with many dining options with close walkable access to the main ski lift areas. The room package we selected included only breakfast and that was the only dining we did in the hotel itself. The breakfast was truly first rate and everyone in our group was more than satisfied with it. By the quality of the breakfast, I can only imagine that the rest of the offerings would be as great as well. While the property and location were all very nice, where this hotel truly shines is staff related. We found everyone that we interacted with to be very professional and extremely friendly and accommodating. One of our party suffered a skiing injury the very first day and everyone at the hotel made her feel comfortable and cared for the rest of the week that she was physically challenged. We spent the most time with Julian and Daniella at the lounge bar and they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Absolute professionals and clearly genuinely nice people. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. They alone are reason enough to return to this hotel so I hope the management realizes the assets they are. Also the reception and concierge staff were awesome and were very helpful and accommodating. Specifically, we have to acknowledge Paolo who was very gracious with his tireless assistance in helping us with retrieving lost phones and sending us left behind personal belongings after we were long gone. Another true gentleman and professional. Forgive the rambling but the staff at this hotel deserve the praise. All in all a great stay and a memorable trip. Highly recommended.

Elegant and well cared-for Hotel with a very fine wine cellar and fine dining. The Rooms are spacious and elegant, I had a bathroom with a golden tap. Room with a couch and a very comfy lounge chair. Dishes are cooked with attention to detail and very tasty. Cosy lobby, elegant dining area, also has a spa. Very friendly staff and quick service. Beautiful view outside the window. Great location in the middle of the town, though rooms are quiet and there is no noise.
