Hotel Am Domplatz Adult Only

Superb small hotel with great atmosphere and perfect location opposite the Mariendom. The rooms are very design-focused with a peculiar shower/toilet segment protruding into the room. A large glass window behind the washbasin can be covered with a giant sliding partition. With the window open the bathroom looks like a doorman‘s info office from the 1970s in your bedroom. The breakfast buffet is close to perfection, really cold milk for muesli would have been nice.

The hotel is the perfect place whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great environment for relaxation or work. Each room is well-appointed with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable workspace. The beds are plush, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location is excellent, with convenient access to a nearby shopping center and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. You can easily explore the local area and enjoy the vibrant surroundings. Public transportation is also readily available, making it easy to visit popular attractions in the city. This review states my personal opinion. I have never encountered such an experience in my entire life. During a business trip, a concert was held in front of the hotel. The hotel did not inform guests about this event and showed no understanding that the immense noise might disturb them. Guests were not permitted to be in the hallway. Worst of all, the hotel director, Mr. Bortoli, was rude, extremely aggressive, and instructed guests to shut up and return to their rooms immediately. The irony is that the hotel director was sitting on the first floor hallway with his friends, enjoying the concert. The next morning the owner shouted through the entire lobby that he has never seen so many idiots in his hotel like yesterday.. The only positive aspect is the location. Towels horrible quality, blanket too small for an adult, pillows cheap, spotty wifi, no ironing possible in the room. Due to the owner's attitude, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I encourage you to read the other negative reviews.
