We have just enjoyed a wonderful four night Stay at the excellent Hotel Am Konzerthaus. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a smile from Melanie at reception, our stay was perfect. We were on the seventh floor in a beautifully appointed room. Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent with a fabulous shower! We thank Madeline at the dining room/bar for her kindness and service on the day of our arrival and to all the staff at reception who answered our questions and offered assistance whenever asked. Thank you also to the excellent housekeeping staff who kept our room so spotlessly clean and serviced. The turn down service each night was a nice and unexpected touch. If we were to ever return to Vienna, then the Hotel Am Konzerthaus would be our first choice for accommodation.
Am Konzerthaus is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location in Vienna. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the city center, within walking distance to major sights, yet on a quiet street that feels peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
This stylish hotel offers a beautiful lobby and lounge area that feels both modern and welcoming. Great for photo shoot. Has a pub and restaurant too. The rooms are comfortable, with thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, and a stocked minibar. Its location is excellent—within walking distance to major attractions and public transport. We purchased flowers and the staff provided a vase. While there’s no pool, the overall experience, amenities, and atmosphere more than make up for it. A great choice for a relaxing and convenient stay in Vienna. A great restaurant across the street as well.
