The service is just bad and rude. Around 17 i asked until what time the sauna would be open. They said 1930, which would not be possible with dinner. Then after dinner i asked again if it is possible to have a sauna (because we went there specifically for the sauna after a long drive). Someone else said its open untill 20. I enter the elevator and see its open until 2130. I go and ask them at 20 and they tell me its not possible because of heating or whatever. In general they refuse to speak english (which is fine) but dont try to cooperate while using a language app. They just walk away!
No english spoken here. No respect via phone call. Lady that attended the phone call was extremely rude just because I didn't speak her language!
