The staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. It has almost everything you need including an umbrella (that's really a nice touch). Could do with a kettle and some cups for tea and coffee. Conveniently located near the end of a high street with a great selection of restaurants and retail shops. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of offerings. There's even a sauna and bikes to rent but didn't get round to using them. Will be back!
I was very pleased to have chosen this hotel for my stay in Potsdam. It is perfectly located to explore the beautiful city parks and many incredible sites. Within a half hour’s walk in any direction there is something beautiful to see. The room was clean, bed comfy, windows open to let in fresh air and the breakfast buffet was first rate, as was all the food at the restaurant. I felt very safe walking around the whole area, day and evening. Lots of families around, enjoying the parks, people sitting outside enjoying food and drinks. Should I ever visit Potsdam again, I would surely choose this. hotel again.
The rooms are bit dated but from desk lady was super nice and breakfast was so amazing.
