Today, my family of three checked out after a pleasant stay. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Vienna — within walking distance of major attractions and shopping streets, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh bedding and a tidy atmosphere. On our first night, it suddenly got chilly, and one of the male staff members kindly came to our room to explain how to use the radiator, which we really appreciated. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, quiet, and conveniently located place to stay in Vienna.

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect but the hotel met all of our expectations. We pretty much needed a comfortable room in the center and this hotel was perfect for that. The most beneficial points of the hotel for us were: 1. Great location - for the price point, the hotel’s location was unbeatable. We were walking distance to everything in the 1st district and only needed transportation to Schönbrunn Palace and the Prater. The neighbourhood is safe, right around the corner from the Opera, multiple shops, a supermarket and coffee places. 2. Service - all the staff that we interacted with was polite, kind and helpful. Our cleaning lady was also super nice and did a great job cleaning the room. Yes, the hotel is not staffed during the night however, we were usually back by 10.30 p.m. so that didn’t matter to us. 3. Family room value - we struggle sometimes to find a triple room in a hotel that has a separate bed/sofa bed that is comfortable. This was not the case here, the sofa bad had a great mattress and we all slept really well. The hotel’s rooms are on the last floor of an older building and the furniture and bathroom fixtures reflect that. The room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious too. We didn’t use it but the bathroom had a tub as well. They had an iron you can request. Our room was clean and bright and had a working safe. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price in the 1st district, that would be it.

I was in that hotel for 2 days. It was a disaster. At breakfast we found nothing to eat because they don't renew plates. Plates are too small. They don't clean tables and they are so rude to us. We told it also to our tour company. There's not enough light in rooms, no air condition, no refrigerator, towels were too small. They accept people more than they can hold. We wait till the tiny dinning hall became empty. We sit on dirty tables with no much to eat.
