Hotel Ambasador Garden

Traditional place in hotel family in lezha - Albania. You can find good restaurants with traditional, healthy foods and good places to rest. One thing you can not fail to experience is the famous restorantes in Lezhe which is very tasty

The room was okay. Bit outdated. Bed for my son was very bumpy and the pillows were too high. Garden was very misleading in the photo’s. Trampoline was broken among other things. Picked this hotel so our other kids could play in the garden while our son recovered, very misleading when everything is broken. Certainly not 4*. We were only there because our son fell ill and needed an IV. The hotel manager didn’t want to give us back the money for the 2 remaining nights (we booked 2 rooms since we’re traveling with 3 children) when we were contemplating taking our son to Tirana to get better medical care. That was a costly €240, we left anyways, we paid upfront in cash. Music played until 00.00 and hotel is very noisy. Was very dissapointed in their service, understanding and communication.

I had booked three double rooms for two nights. We received a double room and a four-person room with the promise that the next day they will give us another double room or if we want the money back given that it was late (we were under pressure because it was difficult at that time to find accommodation) . The next day I asked him to give me the promised room, he said that until the evening he would solve it ... of course when I came to the beach in the evening the promise was not kept and I stayed the second night in the same conditions! Rarely do you meet such a frivolous and lying man. I do not recommend!
