Hotel Ambasciatori

We recently stayed at the Hilton and had the most wonderful time — especially thanks to a staff member named Simon, who I believe was a manager. He went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. As Hilton staff members, we were eligible for a 50% discount, and Simon made sure everything went smoothly. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Thanks to his help, we had an amazing breakfast experience — everything was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the whole staff was super friendly and professional🙏🏻😍🙏🏻😍🙏🏻😍. I’m really grateful for Simon’s support and the excellent service we received from the whole team. This hotel was absolutely lovely to stay at. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and made checking in so easy after a long stressful day of travel. The room was also very nice and clean. I went to the hotel bar and the bartender, Katia was so kind and put a smile on my face after a very long day. She also connected me to another guest and we stayed chatting for quite some time. The breakfast we got at the hotel was a lovely variety buffet style. There was really something for everyone, and the staff were also so kind and helpful. Check out was easy and the hotel was able to arrange for our transport to the airport which was great to not have to worry about. Although we only stayed for one night, the service and kindness of all the staff made us wish we could have stayed longer!

Good location to teach Venice by bus or train. The hotel is modern and staff are nice - Simone was great. Good breakfast too. It is a very basic hotel with very basic amenities. There were some works going on the 1st floor that woke us up at 8am without any previous notice but I assume it was just a one off situation.
