Excellent location, beautiful and elegant structure, excellent management, beautiful SPA. The use of various renewable energy sources is appreciable.

Friendly stuff, clean rooms and parking are positive sides of this hotel. Also there are shops and nice caffes nearby. It's easily possible to visit San Marino. Unfortunately there are few minuses like: - The room was nothing common with photos on the website. Interior wasn't refreshed for a long period. - The room was really small. There was big balcony, but only small table with two small inconvenient chairs on it. - No umbrellas nearby sunbeds at pool. - We took seaview room and we expected to sleep with open windows, but there was walking path between the hotel and sea and people were walking and screaming whole nights, so we had to keep windows closed. - Very poor breakfast. It was the same during the whole our stay, no rotation. It wasn't possible to get something by ourselves, we had to ask for each single meal. Very unaccustomed. Finally we were buying our breakfast in different caffes around. As bonus minuses (for whole area, not only hotel): - Jellyfishes. - Almost all space nearby sea (except few areas) belongs to companies which rent sunbeds and you can't put your towel or even bag there. - Sometimes huge traffic jams on (payable!) highway to Bologna.
