Hotel Amber Pattaya

I love it here. A warm welcome drink and smile at check in. The pool that you can spend all day long is fantastic, like an oasis in the middle of the surrounding hotels. We loved it a lot. The pool bar staff (especially Pai) is superb! His amazing service to our family was great. Cant wait to come back.

Been to this hotel several times in the past couple of years because it is centrally located and good value for money. Rooms are well appointed, cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The reason for this review is that today happens to be my birthday and the hotel management arranged this nice presentation my room (see photo). Totally unexpected and unprompted by very nice of them and I think it should that the staff and management here really care about and value their guests.

Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, whether it was assisting with requests, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile every day. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, but it’s the staff like Ea May and Jane that make Amber Hotel stand out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and will definitely be returning on my next trip. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
