Great location, with easy access to the village and trains. Modern and clean. Beds are a bit average and the rooms a little clinical, but very well manicured. Breakfast options are good.
Noisy room, not really clean and some broken furniture… lady at the front desk could need a hospitality course. Definitely not a place to feel compfy and welcome. But ok for a short business trip.
They were not aware of the Bookings.com policies which I do not blame them for, I have been working in a hotel myself for years. But, I was bluntly told my booking is just non refundable, even though on Bookings.com it showed I could change the date at least one time before a certain period. I received more than 3 messages from this hotel that we are not getting our money back in any situation and even said we can change it even it is in the policy. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE spare your money they are vultures.
