We are so happy with this hotel. 👏🏻Amazing service, staff is kind and professional, very clean and comfortable. The view is an other level! Absolutely recommended. Will stay here again anytime we come to Bursa. Thanks for everything 🥂see you soon
Bathroom sewage stinks, had to slep with windows open. Breakfast quite poor, especially for a 4 star hotel. Very clean though, but old and unfurbished. Doesnt add to the value of the price, overrated, I do not recommend.
We booked 1 night stay at Anatolia Bursa, family room connected so actually 2 rooms. Both rooms were very compact and beds are smaller then standard which is bad. everything was smoky / cigarettes smelled in the non smoking room every previous guest or whoever smoked heavily all curtains carpet duvet cover everything has smoke smell, found ash try and match box in the room. very old carpet / doors etc hotel management do listen the complain but their reaction is very straight that they not gonna do anything so kids were coughing whole night they got sleepy eyes in morning effected all next day travel which is painful would never come back to them be careful when you booking for kids. Breakfast range is very limited so asked for Ala crt omelette and paid for it which is fine and that was good taste. Thanks
