Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely place. Great for a vacation or weekend. The breakfast was delicious My only complaint is that the bidet button was broken when we got there.

One of the most beautiful hotels have special rules and I am with them in that to maintain the high level The breakfast is beautiful and rich in many varieties and delicious but there is no hot milk I told the management about this matter The rooms are nice and clean but there was a sofa that was not clean I told the receptionist and the treatment was done and the sofa was covered with something clean Speed of service Thank you and I will visit you next times

*Very disappointing stay at Crystal Hotel in Bakuriani. Would never return* Our experience was frustrating and far below expectations. The service was indifferent at best — staff were unhelpful and often seemed like they couldn’t care less. For example, when we reported the hair dryer (a basic item listed as part of the room amenities) was broken and the shower head was clogged they promised to fix them but nothing was done although I went back to complain about it 2 more times. No apology, no effort to find a solution. Tomorrow came — still no hair dryer, and no follow-up for 3 days. That kind of careless, dismissive attitude summed up our stay. Several other things didn’t match what was promised online, and the general feeling was that guests are just not a priority. After we checked out, we looked at other reviews and realized this is a pattern — many guests describe the same problems. This isn’t a one-off mistake, it’s how the place runs. *Would not recommend this hotel. Definitely not worth the price or the aggravation.*
