Hotel Andante Rust

We are from the USA visiting Rust for Europa Park. This hotel was a great option for our large family of 5. The room was just enough space. We did have trouble with the AC unit (we like a very cold room) but otherwise cannot complain about accommodations. Breakfast was good here. There are limited delivery options for food if you are feeling lazy- but there are plenty of options for going out. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which has a limited menu but was good. The restaurant hostess/ main women “Kate” was amazing. She was so kind, helped us with food options, and made small talk. We really enjoyed her.

Very nice hotel , with parking place , very nice staff on reception and restaurant. They have an also a very good breakfast. Was very clean in room , Smart Control for air conditioning , lights , big TV.

The accommodation was very disappointing. The reception staff were not customer-oriented or helpful. The EV charger in front of the hotel appears to be a big problem— I was charged €60 twice, and no one has taken responsibility, so I need to spend my own time to figure out how to contact with a supplier. The charger doesn’t even work. Despite the room costing around €300 per night, it had no door for the shower, which is unacceptable, I traveled with a family and adult kids. The toilet door lock was also broken. The only positive aspect was the breakfast. Also worth noting: they charge for parking, whereas it is free for neighbor hotels I was during my last stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
