Beautiful hotel, great service and perfect location in the middle of woodland, close to the lake. There is plenty facilities like pool, saunas, fitness, bowling, tennis courts, bar and restaurant. Hotel is close to local grocerie shops and train station is nearby. I really recommend.
Great place, plenty of things to do on sunny or rainy weather. Delicious food. 10 min by car to the nearest city. Beautiful nature, quite and green. Free from noisy water engines. Only paddle boats, sailing and canoos. Low traffic on nearby roads makes it perfect for bike tours.
I bought a day spa pack for two to celebrate my best friend’s bday with a massage and candle lit dinner with wine. The gentleman at the spa reception was nice and helpful as well as the ladies doing the massage however, the robes were quite small and there were no bigger sizes which they could work on as it is not very inclusive. After we left spa there was a different man at the reception that did not look interested to help us after we had some questions about the swimming pool access so we had to figure out where to go and what to do with our belongings ourselves. The swimming pool was advertised as part of a relaxing experience however, we didn’t get to go in as it was quite small for the amount of people there and filled with kids splashing around. As we arrived at the restaurant after explaining what we were there for the front of house looked confused as if they did not expect us , it wasn’t very inviting. After sharing the code of our reservation they then explained that they have a lot of offers and they don’t remember all of them (is that my job to remember?). We sat down with no candles and then expressed that we had a glass of wine included in this offer showing the booking to the front of house which then I heard a faint 'I don’t think so' which was a very unprofessional approach and we felt like intruders and did not blend in with the other guests. It is a shame as we were looking forward to this relaxing getaway and it left us with a bit of a bitter aftertaste.
