A really bad hotel there is no hot water... hotel staffs didn't even try to help... whenever I asked it will come in 30 minutes but it's been more than 2 hours , I chose not to take a shower
Manager is horrible they don’t fix anything and rooms are very bad. Just Tuna is note guy all other managers are big problems. They have to change all rooms carpets beds everything. Definitely don’t come here
Stayed in this hotel from the 4th of January till the 8th the staff are very rude and very unwelcoming when checking in was waiting for at least 20 minutes the room was filthy the carpets are filthy bath was broken stayed in room 421 would never stay at this hotel again it has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at would not recommend to stay here when u walk in lobby area is clean and nice. Rooms are disgusting cleaners do not want to give clean towels when u ask for some. Charged me 30euros for 1 can of redbull bottle of water and a chocolate bar when checking out. This hotel is a disgrace
