The food and service truly exceed expectations. The meals are thoughtfully prepared, and the staff is very attentive. While the overall experience is excellent, some of the rooms could use a bit of updating.
A brilliant hotel with exceptional staff. I cannot fault anything about this first rate hotel. The food/spa/cleanliness and position of the hotel were all amazing. I hope to return soon.
Excellent family-run hotel We return every year for a New Year skiing week and really appreciate the location of the hotel in Hochgurgl which has always proved snow-sure in late December for us. The hotel is family-run and we are personally welcomed each year with the highest quality, professional as well as friendly service. The quality of the food served is truly excellent. Each time we stay, we go with high expectations and these are surpassed year-on-year. Highly recommended
