Hotel Angerwirt

I would give the place 6⭐. We've been in 3 hotels (this one, Montana and Hanneshof)-all perfect, but we like this one the most. From reservation, to reception, to service, to breakfast, to afternoon corner and service....most pleasant 7 days stay. The family (owners) are very friendly and super nice. The rooms are excellent maintained, super clean, spatious and comfortable (we had huge room for 3 prs- in France this would be appartment for 11:)). All compliments for breakfast-I cannot name one thing we would miss (Fresh crunchy bread, selection of salami and cheese, oats, vegetables, fruits, soft cheese and fresh eggs prepared to the choice). Dinning room is bright and spatious. The hotel has nice spa, cosy, with pool for after ski relaxation. Hotel also has room for skies and boots, playroom for kids (pingpong table) and oen parking lot. In the vicinity enough restaurants. Just perfect skiing vacations.

I was fortunate enough to spend a wonderful time at the Hotel Angewirt and would like to share my impressions. The hotel is in a stunning location nestled between the mountains, just a few steps from the bus stop. This makes it easy to explore the surrounding area without a car – for example, the picturesque Jägersee lake, which is just a few stops away by bus. The rushing stream and waterfall flowing down the valley even mask the sounds of traffic, creating a particularly peaceful and natural atmosphere, while still being easily accessible by public transport. All around the hotel, you can see the impressive green landscape, providing a perfect backdrop for young and old. I would particularly like to highlight the indoor pool and the three saunas, which are always clean and well-maintained. This family-run business does a great job and strives to fulfill guests' wishes – you can tell that they work with heart and dedication. A big compliment also goes to the cleaning staff and the caretaker, whose hard work is evident in every corner. Breakfast at the Hotel Angewirt is plentiful. Boiled eggs, fried eggs, and more are freshly prepared and served to guests upon request by the family business. The outdoor pool, located about 200 meters uphill next to the Hanneshof Hotel, offers breathtaking views over the valley. The walk there is a small adventure in itself, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Dinner is served at the Hotel Hanneshof, which I personally appreciate very much, as you can admire the nature along the way and then enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen staff conjures up a delicious three-course meal, with each course bursting with flavor. The attentive service staff ensures a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. If you're still hungry, you'll even get seconds – it truly tastes like indulgence! I find the value for money to be very fair, especially considering the additional services. The hotel provides tickets for free entry to the water park (Aquapark), the cable car, and public transport, which currently represents a significant saving throughout your stay. My conclusion: Hotel Angewirt is the perfect place for relaxation, nature experiences, a ski holiday, and good food. I'm grateful for the wonderful time I spent with my wife and our four children and am already looking forward to seeing you again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
