Hotel Ansitz Jakoberhof

Good food, nice people and amazing views A lovely family hotel with a cosy ambiance. The staff is very friendly. We will certainly book again. Ortisei is the perfect place if you want to ski the Seceda (to Ortisei and Sankt Christina) and the Seiser Alm. Of course you can also go to the Sella Ronda, this is a bit further but also very doable. From the hotel you can take the bus to Ortisei, it goes every 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon. It will drop you off at the gondolas. Works great. We really recommend this stay!

We spent 1 week at Ansitz Jakoberhof hotel and we had a great time. The place is situated on a hill with a great view over the mountains, the interiour design is rustic, but elegant at the same time, the rooms were very clean and the spa and games room are a very important advantage this hotel has. The service was good overall. On the minus side, the location is rather far from the village and i would mention the lack of vegetables for breakfast and i would see as an improvement a more diversified breakfast. But, all in all, our stay here was great and I recommend the hotel for people interested in Dolomiti area.

The location is about 3 km from the center, with a great view and a quiet location. We stayed there in February and had a shuttle every 30 minutes to get to the city center. The food was OK, but there is better food available in South Tyrol. A big minus was that the staff was not that friendly and not very flexible. The room we stayed in was big and cozy. The only thing that bothered us a little was that you had no possibility of brightening the lights a little more. The wellmess was small but ok. There is a small pool. This is good for kids.
