We have stayed here for 4 days while skiing. The location is great for skiing since you have 2 minutes and you are on the slopes. But the hotel itself is completely lost in time. The room had a bad smell and it was freezing. It was - 12 degrees celsius outside and they were not heating the rooms. When we told one of the friendly staff about it, she said it was normal. The next day we noticed the radiator was heated during the night, but cold during the day. Also, you can hear someone snoring in the other room, because the walls are extremely thin. Breakfast food was standard, pretty good, they have a toaster. The dinner on the other hand was terrible. We believe the food is only heated in the microwave and the portion size is for little kids. The restaurant has a fireplace where you can heat up your self. I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars, because it deserves 2. We expected more for a "4 star" hotel, however it was a little bit scetchy according to price which was extremely low. One good thing about the hotel is that they sell ski tickets for the Piancavallo ski slopes at a cheaper price than directly at ski centre.
Only good thing about this hotel is price... Furniture is From 70s, food is really not good. They charge for wifi?!
