Hotel Antares

Picture of hotel advertising made it seem it was going to be a great hotel but I was wrong. The rooms were warm, the restroom and shower had glass doors. So if your teen family member doesn’t mind getting naked in front of others then it’s ok. There was not enough pillows. The small fridge would not cool down the drinks. Worker stated it was to keep drinks fresh, but then what’s the point of wasting light bill if you can’t drink cold water?? Just leave it outside then if you’re going to drink room temperature water anyway. If you are a fan of eggs for breakfast they do have boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. It smells in the hallways as there is a restroom downstairs on main floor.

I asked for a refund the day I showed up. My team and I showed up for a tournament and discovered black mold in all of our rooms. They made fun of us and laughed when we asked for a refund and thought we were lying even after showing them the black mold. Was told there would be a king bed and they just shoved a bunch of mattresses together. Come to find out some friends of mine staying there after we left wanted to swim and the pool had to be shut down due to black mold. Not only that the shower is clear glass in the same room as where the beds are. So hopefully your friends are ok seeing you shower. This place needs to be shut down and torn down. Not a 4 star hotel. Rude customer service and only after I stood up for myself and let them know that’s not to be tolerated did they agree to refund the money. Also location is trash far away from everything. Never again! I hope whoever reads this feels ashamed and embarrassed.

I was here with my school, we stayed for four days. We had several problems. I really think this is not a great hotel, Please don't go there!!!! One room had bed bugs, but when we showed them the bugs and the bites, the staff said we were wrong and blamed us for it. many doors in the first floor are broken/ they look like they have been broken in. Some doors won't even close. there was also a fire alarm and the alarms didn't properly work,only very view of them, so half of my class didn't even hear the alarm. the location of the hotel is also very bad. There is a cow farm next to it so it always smells badly. there is a car junkyard three houses next to it. The stairs are very dirty. there is trash everywhere. some of the staff dont even speak english, and if they do, they are really rude and ignore all the problems. The food is very blank. No one got sick because of it, but we also only had noodles or some weird bread. Very litlle vegetables and the fruits were standong on the cautner even though it was already rotting. Also there was not enough cuttery and they servise was really bad. In the batgrooms there is a lot of limescale deposits. They had no plan for us. Two of my class didnt get a room even though they should have got a double room. they resived it 3 hours after the rest of us did. The indoor pool was closed even though they said it was open on their website.
