I truly appreciate the thoughtful service at this hotel. After checking in last night, I noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan was quite noisy and made it hard to relax. I reported the issue to the front desk this morning, and they kindly offered to change my room. However, there were no rooms available in the same category, so they suggested turning off the fan while sleeping. What really impressed me was the hotel engineer’s response. After hearing about the issue, he came directly to my room and replaced the old fan with a brand-new one. The entire process was fast, professional, and very kind. Thanks to their attentive service, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
This is a late review. My husband & I stayed in this hotel early May 2025. The entrance is very "zen" and minimalist. The room is clean and it has a small kitchen area. Breakfast has good selection of food. We tried the coffee at the cafe too, it was good. The staffs are very friendly. The location is a bit far feom city centre but it is quiet. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay.
This artsy hotel is located in a quieter part of town. The nearest convenience store is about 5 mins walk away and there are few amenities nearby. However, all rooms do get fantastic view of the port. Book here only if you intend to drive. They have parking spaces within the hotel at 1500yen per day. The arrival experience is fantastic. The main entrance is solid opaque door which opens into an art gallery like space with beautiful wall art that fills the entire space.. sadly this excitement is quickly dampen by the coldness of the reception staff. The service felt mechanical and lacks the hospitality touch. It wouldn’t hurt if they could at least smile when speaking to guest. Rooms are small, well designed and fully equipped with amenities for a short stay. All rooms have a port view. Breakfast is of decent spread with carefully curated dishes. Something to look forward to every morning. Checkout is fast and automated. Overall nice property but let down by the poor service.
