Hotel Antiche Mura

We had the most amazing week - from impeccable service and staff to facilities and breakfast - just wow. Loved the pool, the location, the food, & the staff who made us feel so at home for the week. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful stay in Sorrento.

The hotel is 3 minute walk to the Piazza Tasso. It’s a 10 minute walk (with several flights of stairs) to the ferry dock if you are going to Capri. (Which I highly recommend.) The hotel itself is very cute. It has a nice pool and garden area which we didn’t spend a lot of time at, but did book a massage at the pool. The rooms are comfortable and cutely decorated.

We had a delightful 2 night stay at Hotel Antiche Sorrento. The location is perfect, easy to get to by car and one block from the main square of Sorrento. Our room was clean and beautiful with a nice balcony overlooking the gorge and street below. The staff was beyond nice, and they achieved what so many nice hotels struggle with, which is to make you feel like you are at home with friends and at the same time providing a luxurious hotel experience. Francesco and Angela and all the front desk staff, the porters and valets were so friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful hotel run by beautiful people. Bravo tutti! Ciao alla prossima volta! P.S. One of the reviews said the breakfast was inadequate. I forgot to take pictures, but there was nothing inadequate about the breakfast. It was amazing with fresh fruits and vegetables along with the requisite eggs bacon juice and pastries, so many pastries! È normale per hotel Antiche Mura, the staff was personable and attentive.
