All the negative reviews are so true.. we have been coming here for some years, but only because of the last minute availability and the price. The place is not maintained as it should be. The kitchen is badly equipped. The mattresses are saggy, you better bring your own. Wifi is terrible, if it even works. The wellness is only open if the owner feels like it. Don't count on it, even in high season he likely has an excuse. In general you cannot believe the host is actually working with tourists and earns a living out of it. He commands you around as if you are his slave, and every question is one too many. He enters your apartment when he feels like it. All in all, this was definitely our last visit.

The apartments themselves are kind of OK (well located, spacious), except for the poor Wifi, old/run down appliances, inability to change the temperature and various other symptoms of dumb cost cutting. However, the behavior of the owner varies between confused and downright "psychiatric illness". During our stay, the owner: -Pulled kids from the elevator; -Slammed someones hand away when he wanted to give him a handshake; -Shouted at almost all the guests; -Accused us of throwing cigarette butts on the roof, though none of us smoke -Entered the apartment uninvited when he expected no one was home -Added ridiculous charges for extra sheets. He's definitely unfit to run this business and should retire ASAP. Don't book here unless you're ready to be shouted at and deal with this highly erratic person who has no concept of hospitality and will disrespect your privacy. I'm pretty sure this place gets no returning customers, ever.

The accommodation is in a good location and the facilities would be great, if any worked. The ski room has boot dryers that were never switched, on the sauna was inaccessible and the owner randomly locked the front door meaning it was chancing it if you could access the apartment. The owner was extremely unhelpful and frankly put us on edge the entire trip. He would just walk into the apartments uninvited so we had to jeep the door locked. He advertises he speaks English, but this is false. Whilst I appreciate that this shouldn't be expected, he made zero attempt to communicate even in a basic form when told on multiple occasions we could not understand his tirade of German. Even with basic German it was impossible to understand, and at times seemed quite aggressive. The cash only policy seemed very strange and safe to say none of the money is reinvested into the apartments. Everything was tired, bowls and plates chipped and broken and simply not enough provided for the advertised capacity of occupants. Would recommend staying elsewhere.
