Many hotels and restaurants, wanting to maintain the level of services offered, have increased their prices. Arka chose a different path. It kept its prices low, but at the expense of the standard. Fortunately, the spa and relaxation area has remained at a high level. The transformation costs were borne by the kitchen and, consequently, by the restaurants. I have been to Arka many times and many times I have answered the question "which way to the restaurant?" Customers who cared about the dress code were not looking for a pub. Now you can hear questions - "where is the canteen?" The most frequently used cutlery is the spoon - often the same one for all meals. Lots of uneaten food (usually potatoes) and gutter language discourage many guests from eating there. The offer is also more modest, but it is (as at the beginning) a matter of price. I know that the low rating here is a bit unfair because it is us - the guests - who make this mess, but please raise the prices so that it will be like before. Hotel Bania in Białka did this and is not empty. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I was at your place in February and April, but now I'll wait until I'm sure that the next table will also be nice.
