Hotel & Apartments Leugermann

Wonderful hotel and restaurant. I stayed in one of the apartments for two week and it was spacious, clean and has many amenities. The restaurant food is always good and tasted great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again!

We were very happy to get the last room in the hotel when we pulled in yesterday. Before we arrived, we reviewed their website which was very well laid out and reassured us that this was a good place to spontaneously stay! Check-in went quickly and we were soon in our room. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The only downside was that it had no air-conditioning… and it was stinking hot outside and muggy in the room. We opened the window and curtains wide, and as evening evolved, the room got a little cooler so we could sleep without much concern. The next morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast which we had chosen to have included in our room price. A fun treat was finding hazelnut sauce, a.k.a. Nutella in a pump dispenser on the buffet. I resisted the urge to pour it on everything, but the thought crossed my mind! Nutella on bacon… maybe! Fun story… we connected with Olly the chef from this hotel when we logged some geocaches in town and he kindly helped us solve one of his puzzles 🧩 and made is feel so welcome to your city. His 12 stage geocache took us on a 60 minute walking tour as good as any tour guide could have imagined. We saw 12 historic buildings that have been remodelled and got to compare them to the photos from the local museum archives. Wow! 🤩

A nice hotel, which I attended for business. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The downside was that my room did not have climate control, so sleeping was a bit harder the first night. The food was good, both for breakfast and diner. I did not use any of the welness facilities, nor did I take a look in the neighbourhood.
