The hotel is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the location is perfect. There are all amenities and excellent conditions in the room. The sauna and jacuzzi will allow you to relax after active skiing. I will gladly come again to this wonderful place
Apartment for 6. Well appointed. Parking though limited. Close to slopes to start and finish the day at that side of the slopes. Very nice wellness centre, small for the number of guests but never over busy and looked forward to it each evening. Away from the main town by foot and car but not an issue if happy to walk and use lift back in the evening- 15 minutes. Reception and other staff very pleasant and helpful. Good ski room. Didn’t avail of the breakfast. Cleaning charges etc were clearly explained I felt.
Good: location is good for skiing! Sauna is very good. New refurbished kitchen and bathrooms 🤌🏻 Bad: Bed was super stiff, was painful to sleep on it. The pillows were so soft it got flat in like 30 seconds after putting you head on it, not really a pillow… Also quite strange to ask for additional money for slippers and bathrobes if they advertise themselves as a 4-star resort, it should be included without saying. We found out additional payment was required after the stay of 15 euro per person for cleaning which was quite a lot when there a group of people and we didn’t see it mentioned anywhere when booking unlike the tax that is mentioned everywhere
