very clean and nice hotel and a very warm and kind guy (owner) at the reception. I will definitely book again when i come back. One downside that makes this 4/5 is that the wellness room was disturbingly cold.. couldnt relax especially after a sauna. nonetheless 5/5
Absolutely exceptional experience. Owned by a lovely, welcoming family who clearly have a passion for taking care of people and providing memories. You get what you pay for. The build quality, the materials everywhere, the facilities, it all created a memorable ski weekend. Sauna and spa are a great way to end each day after you ski right up to the hotel. Ski storage room is convenient. Breakfast is lovely. And there are restaurants an easy walk from the front door. The rooms are unique and provide features for a long stay like a kitchen and dining room. A great destination for couples but also family-friendly if you want a quiet experience away from crowds. Super ski in / ski out Family managed property, located in a quiet part of Obertauern, with huge and clean rooms (suites), superb breakfast, garage with charger, friendly and professional staff. What else do you need?
