Very very nice hotel. First of all, worth the price! Great entourage and incredible kind staff. At arrival everything is extensive explained and you get a little tour. All the staff that we have spoken to spoke English and German. That was very nice because my partner van speak very well German but I only speak Dutch and English. The room is what you expect, after seeing the booking pictures. Breakfast is for everyone, there isn’t a opportunity that someone can’t eat something. At the night bar, there is a really relaxed feeling and the staff knows what they are doing. Only 2 improvements points, The pool isn’t nice anymore, you can see it really needs a upgrade. And the welcome was very nice but I don’t like it that we had to bring our luggage to our room by our self. You can aspect this at a less expensive hotel but not in this price range!
We stayed here in 2010 and came back in 2015 and 2016 with our son. Great place, romantic and a great and friendly family taking care of everything. Awesome dog included. Currently being completely rebuild. Let's see what it looks like in 2018 when we might come back.
I love this hotel, the staff is so kind and I can feel a great environment, everything is very clean and they have nice breakfast and views
